Glitter is milled to ultra-fine dust and the mix of carmine free and blue pigments give it a unique sparkling glow that looks great mixed with liquid lipstick or eyeshadow!

How to Use It
Apply with stick it glitters glue to help stay glitters in place longer without falling or smudging. Combine with a sealer to transform the dust to be smudge-proof and waterproof for the entire day.
